WE BELIEVE IN PROCESS
The beauty of life lies in the making, not in the object.
We strive for the best art, but one that is full of heart, channeling a forever process.

CREATIVE MIDEA STUDIO?
We work as a creative media studio: a multidisciplinary space that combines artistic creativity and technical expertise to produce and support visual, digital, and analog projects. We don’t see an image as just data; we embrace the creativity that comes from truly listening and dedicating oneself to serving someone else. Here, our dedication and love for artistic creation serves as a hub for crafting compelling moments and bringing human creative visions to aesthetic life.
Jucástudio helps brands and professionals express the core of their projects' soul through creative direction and visual storytelling, never losing sight of accurate technical expertise and the beautiful, mysterious depth of artistic sensibility.
It is run by us, Juliana and Topaz; we work closely to feel and bring projects to life with care and clarity. We believe in heart-work and in making the world a better place for everyone to live in.
WHAT ABOUT AI?
AI is no longer a subject that can be left aside in any creative conversation about ethics, the place of art, human dignity, and purpose. The usage of AI has invaded and is invading our lives in ways that we can no longer differentiate many times when or how deep it is being used to us and by us. The more this technology is used without regulation, disrespecting copyright laws and increasing the centralization of power on a scale that is harmful for the collective, we also must position ourselves as to where we stand.
We do not agree with the excessive "do it yourself" approach of the creative world that the excess of the technology is creating, which seems to democratize the creation of art materials and ideas, when actually it comes from illegal scraping of copyright material and centralizing services by industrializing art and design services. This takes jobs from people and disrupts communities by offering cheap design to people; instead of making the assets flow inside of the community, they go directly to big companies that don't have humanity's best interest at heart. This approach of "instant art" also adds to the rush, impatience, and overwork of our society that wants speed but, in the process, lacks soul, enjoyment, and the beauty of the process itself.
So, at Jucástudio, we find what best suits each project in terms of AI, discussing with our clients the extent of AI usage and its impact before every project. We will also educate, if necessary, what this usage can mean for them and for their work in a deep way. The studio avoids the use of AI, such as image "generation" and others when it substitutes any creative work. We understand that the digital making has already a fingerprint of the forever in motion world of fast transaction, but we stand with the respectful and human work behind the digital. This being said, we need to be clear: will not completely push AI away, just like most of us cannot just push all kinds of industrialization away from our lives, but we will find ways to make it as sustainable as possible (we acknowledge that AI can bring easy ways to organize information, correct text mistakes, or inform in certain cases, for example) and will always be open to rethink any kind of usage if necessary.

PROJECT ADVISOR & HUMAN COPYWRITER
I’m Topaz. Born and raised in Amsterdam, I’ve made the beautiful Alentejo in Portugal my home for the past few years. I’m passionate about creating music and visual expressions that resonate deeply with people, connecting emotions, ideas, and creativity.
About Jucá
Jucá is an indigenous word that represents the renewal of a cycle: the end that leads to a new path, a new door to walk through if you're willing to embrace change, filled with mystery and the deep wonder of what the beautiful unknown has to offer. It also happens to be my last name, one I’ve embraced fully since childhood, learning to appreciate change and the beauty of the deep echoes that nature sings to us.
Jucá was brought to life as a design and motion studio in Brazil, embodying these principles of renewal and discovery. As the studio grew, so did its reach, expanding beyond Brazil and into Europe, where our work continues to evolve, now with a heartful partnership with Topaz. The studio thrives on creating visual stories that are bold and daring, embracing the blend of contrasts that exist in art, life, and nature.
Our love for colors, light, and shadow is shaping our journey. Every expression of inner beauty and the deep callings of creativity is our guide. We came to understand the importance of contrast, not only in art but in life itself. The necessity of polarities allows us to see things in their true light.
Through this lens, art became our way to express the truths we feel and perceive but cannot fully communicate with words, because colors, combined with the interplay of light and shadow, and sound can create a profound experience that transcends language.
